00:00 So this property was purchased by my parents in 1986.
00:17 We have an agricultural background and we moved from Launceston at that time and prior
00:29 to that we lived on another agricultural property at Exton.
00:34 My parents and my sisters had a passion with horses, which this late has some good facilities
00:45 and also good history around the equine industry.
00:52 The old part of the house was in need of some repair and maintenance.
00:57 We also decided that we needed to have more space for our kids and also to have some room
01:05 for guests when they wanted to come down.
01:08 So it was an evolution I suppose.
01:13 It started with us wanting to renovate it for ourselves but since we've really gone
01:18 slightly overboard with the renovation we're now going to do luxury farm stays and try
01:25 to make it a part of the local community with all the exciting things happening in tourism
01:30 and so people can come and visit the district and all the wineries.
01:35 It's a lovely place for people to come.
