00:22 I'm here at Waterloo Station in conjunction with Vactormail
00:25 to do a bit of a surprise performance for the commuters today
00:28 and to bring a bit of sunshine hopefully to their lives
00:31 and also give them a bit of a positivity boost.
00:34 In January the days are dark and cold
00:36 and it's no surprise that over half of Brits find that this is the bleakest time of year
00:41 and this is also the time when our immune system can sometimes be challenged
00:45 so I just wanted to come along and bring a bit of sunshine into people's lives.
00:49 [music]
00:52 I'm hoping to bring a bit of a smile through my performance today
00:56 and I'm hoping that it will also help to serve as a reminder
00:59 that people need to support their immune system
01:01 and just look after themselves in the months of January.
01:04 [music]
01:06 It can be a challenge to get the vitamin D we need from the winter sunshine alone
01:10 so we need to think about daily changes that we can make
01:13 like going outside or switching up our diet to support our immune system.
