00:00 >> What have you seen out of George in such a short time span when it comes to
00:02 his growth?
00:04 >> I hadn't really been looking for it of late, if that's what you're referring to.
00:08 These are waiting moments, we gotta play to play to win.
00:10 He's done that, and we need more of that from him this week.
00:15 >> I completely want to take George out of the house waiting.
00:19 Do you just accept that?
00:20 Do you think other guys have to step up, or
00:22 is there something you can do to help George?
00:24 >> We've dealt with that a lot over the years, having dynamic receivers.
00:29 And when people make a commitment to minimize someone in that way,
00:33 it creates big time opportunities for others.
00:36 Whether it's your yards per toad in the run game, or
00:38 one on one opportunities at other places.
00:40 And I think both were evident throughout the game, and
00:44 probably would have been more evident if it wasn't for the weather circumstances.
00:47 And so that's just football at this level.
00:51 We don't have any control over what others do.
00:53 We have an opportunity to respond to it or anticipate it.
00:57 That's a tactic that's not new to us or new to him.
01:01 We're pretty comfortable in dealing with it.
01:03 And really probably some of the growth in the run game can be attributed to it.
01:09 But that's the collective that is team.
01:11 People gonna load up to minimize our run game,
01:15 it's gonna create one on one opportunities for receivers, for example.
01:19 And so the strength is in the collective.
01:22 We gotta be balanced.
01:24 We gotta be capable of anticipating tactics that people might use and
01:27 responding to tactics that people use.
01:30 And we can and do do both.
