01:15 Bullying is another reason for the low performance of students in the Program for International Assessment or PISA in 2018 and 2022.

01:23 But the number in the Philippines is worse than the global average.

01:27 More than half of male students in the country experience bullying several times a month, more than 21 percent worldwide.

01:35 More than 40 percent of Filipino students experience bullying, more than the global average.

01:40 That's why Vice President and Education Secretary Sara Duterte has set up a ban on bullying in their presidential office in Malacanang.

01:48 The Learner's Rights and Protection Office has also established a ban on bullying and harassment.

01:54 More than 120 to 150 cases were resolved.

01:59 To those who are asking to complain, especially if the teacher or school official is the one who is complaining, the hotline will be spread by the deaf ed,
