00:00 The government's fight against local terrorism has been successful, according to President Bongbong Marcos.

00:05 Our campaign against internal terrorism has been successful.

00:12 We can now report that there is no active NPA guerrilla front as of December of 2023.

00:21 So we will continue to fight this.

00:25 According to the President, almost 1,400 members of the New People's Army were evacuated by the government last year.

00:32 More than 1,700 weapons were retrieved from the group, including those that were confiscated and handed over to the authorities.
