Praveg Tent City General manager Krishan Kant discusses occupancy rate ahead of Ram Mandir consecration, sheds light on expectations going forward.

00:15 Now, I'm at one such place, the Praveik tent city and Praveik stock just by the way is up nearly 70%
00:25 in just the matter of a month and this here is one of the reasons why.
00:31 I'm in conversation with Mr. Krishan Kant, the general manager of the tent city
00:37 and he's going to tell us a little bit about what it's looking like.

00:43 I want to know what's happening in terms of occupancy rates and bookings.
00:48 What are the trends that you're currently seeing and what's the expectation going forward?
00:54 Okay, firstly I will tell you about our company Praveik Limited.
00:58 In Ayodhya, Praveik Limited is having two sites.
01:03 One is at Bramkund which we are placing it and second one is at Nayagad.
01:08 So here we are having 30 tents with one restaurant, pure veg restaurant
01:12 and another place will be having 39 tents with one restaurant and one conference room and all.
01:18 So like Praveik has two tent cities in Ayodhya.
01:21 If we talk about the occupancy part, then yes we have started this resort from last 20 days.
01:30 So we are getting a very good and very positive response from the market
01:33 and yes after 20 seconds when the function will over
01:36 and we have a very good booking and very positive and very charming response from the market.
01:43 Alright, so occupancy rates for the next few months are at close to about 100% would it be fair to say?
01:49 Yes, I think till for next six months we will be doing it till 100%.
01:55 Tell us a little bit about other kinds of accommodation coming up.
01:58 We've seen quite a few tent cities.
02:02 You also mentioned about tin cities coming up to cater to devotees and tourists.
02:07 Tell us a little bit about that.
02:08 Ma'am, if we talk about the tent city and tin city,
02:10 like there are different type of tent cities coming in Ayodhya
02:14 and if we talk about the Praveik Limited and it is for 10 years as of now,
02:18 it can be extended for more than 10 years.
02:21 But yes if we talk about the other tent cities and tin cities,
02:23 then it will be like it's for seasonal like for 3 months, 4 months, 6 months max.
02:27 But if we talk about Praveik Limited and we have a contract for 10 years over here,
02:31 we will be extended for sure.
