00:00 >> Yes, anytime you're on the road and playing a good team,
00:04 that's as explosive as they are.
00:07 We wanna try to have a fast start.
00:10 [BLANK_AUDIO]
00:15 We knew being on the road, you gotta come out and keep it closer.
00:19 But I was proud of the way we fought back there at the end and
00:23 never stopped believing.
00:25 And trying to stack one good play on top of the other.
00:31 >> Based on the interception on the high long throw,
00:33 how did you see that play playing out?
00:35 >> It was a great play by the defender.
00:38 Kind of a timing deal, but he covered Tate well out of his break.
00:43 I mean, he was at his low end, he just, the leverage was a little off.
00:48 I just gotta put that ball up much more outside, us or nobody.
00:52 But like I said, he made a great play.
00:54 >> You score at the end of the first half and then you come on the second half,
00:58 get a big stop, get the field goal.
00:59 Start to think at that point, okay, things are turning around here,
01:02 we got a chance.
01:03 >> Absolutely, score, like you said, even the half was big, keep us in it.
01:09 The field goal, touchdown, cut it to seven.
01:13 So like I said, I was proud of the way,
01:17 I mean everyone on the outside of the ball,
01:21 I mean, I think they did a good job too.
01:26 But I know our guys, gotta stop believing and stay in it mentally and
01:30 encourage each other and try to put some points on the board.
01:34 >> Mason, do you feel like you've shown something over these last four weeks?
01:37 >> Something?
01:39 >> You have shown something over these last four weeks.
01:42 >> Shown?
01:43 >> NFL quarterback, starting quarterback.
01:45 >> Yeah, I think when I go back and look at the totality of the tape,
01:50 I'll get a better feel for it.
01:51 But I think right now, obviously,
01:56 we planned this to come here and get a win, and we fell short.
01:59 >> Yeah.
02:00 >> Fell short to a great team.
02:01 But I think I can say I was proud of what we as an offense put on tape
02:08 these last few weeks, and just the way we celebrated,
02:12 the way guys cheered for each other.
02:15 Whether the run game was working, whether the receivers were rolling,
02:19 it was just a, we had chemistry and we had belief and love for one another.
02:26 >> Mason, this was a group that had established the run,
02:29 had a lead for over the last couple of weeks.
02:30 What was different?
02:31 What did they do to maybe disrupt that game plan?
02:33 >> I think we got a little bit more balance.
02:37 I don't know when I started the game throwing lines, but
02:39 we didn't have enough completions to really stay balanced, I think.
02:45 But we knew they were tough teams in front, and it wasn't gonna be an easy job.
02:50 And like I said, when you're hitting some more balls on the outside,
02:54 like I and we worked, it makes it a little more easier to keep them off balance.
