02:37 Some were also stranded on the road in Compostela Davao de Oro on Tuesday night.

02:41 It was difficult for ambulances to cross the road because of the heavy load of patients.

02:44 They were transferred to the truck of the 10th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army.

02:48 In Pinacolintala of PDRRMO Davao del Norte,

02:51 more than 16,000 families in the province were affected by the flood.

02:55 In Caraga, Davao Oriental, some places were still isolated after the portion of San Pedro Bridge collapsed.

03:01 The LGU is now targeting road rehabilitation to temporarily cross the road and help the isolated areas.

03:08 Vicky, some places in Davao del Norte still cannot be crossed by light vehicles because of the flood.

03:20 And just yesterday, the Tagum City experienced heavy rain here in Davao del Norte.

03:26 That's why the authorities are advising those affected by the flood not to go home until the water level is low.
