02:55 In Caraga, Davao Oriental, some places were still isolated after the portion of San Pedro Bridge collapsed.
03:01 The LGU is now targeting road rehabilitation to temporarily cross the road and help the isolated areas.
03:08 Vicky, some places in Davao del Norte still cannot be crossed by light vehicles because of the flood.
03:20 And just yesterday, the Tagum City experienced heavy rain here in Davao del Norte.
