00:02 From my point of view, the Predator was one of these iconic creations where it
00:07 actually brought something new to the field of play that hadn't existed before.
00:13 It gave football boots a personality, it brought culture to the game.
00:17 [MUSIC]
00:27 It's really a part of history.
00:37 On a daily basis, we're all wearing different kinds of product.
00:41 But there's very few products that actually genuinely transcend trends and
00:47 cultural moments in time.
00:49 [MUSIC]
00:52 I think part of it actually is very much in terms of who endorses it and
00:56 who you see playing the boots.
00:58 Because they bring their personality into the field of play.
01:04 And then you associate obviously those key moments and key players and
01:08 their personalities with the boot.
01:10 And that's the other thing with Predator, it's become or
01:13 remains so iconic because there have been so
01:16 many iconic players that have played in it.
01:18 Definitely coming from the Zidans and Beckhams of the world.

01:25 What's been really fun about the Predator 24 is we've had a lot of
01:29 conversations throughout the creation.
01:32 Right from basically inception all the way to the final sign off that we
01:36 had on the boots.
01:38 We've had constant conversations with Jude,
01:41 with the likes of obviously Russo as well.
01:44 So also playing on the women's game, definitely just as important.
01:48 But we've also maintained and stayed connected to our previous icons.
01:53 So I had the pleasure of sitting down and really discussing the Predator 24 and
01:58 future with Zidane for example.
02:00 And getting a lot of his thoughts as he's coaching and
02:03 seeing the evolution of future generations under him.
02:07 What he's basically imparting on to us that we should really make sure that we
02:11 pay attention to.
02:12 [MUSIC]
02:15 A key point of differentiation or focus was definitely the accelerator.
02:20 What we did when we started briefing the product, but we sit with the archive and
02:25 really try to get into the spirit of all the previous generations that have existed.
02:30 In order to start thinking about where we wanna take it from here,
02:33 what is the next, what is the new?
02:35 Hopefully when you see the boot in hand, you really see from the design elements,
02:40 the colors, the legacy.
02:42 And yet it's clearly been brought into the next generation, into 2024.
02:47 [MUSIC]
02:50 And this to me is just, I mean, if you wanna talk about iconic and
02:54 legacy and yet futuristic, this is to me, spells exactly all of that.
02:59 We've made it definitely more interesting and applicable for
03:03 today's game by making it lighter.
03:05 By making the control elements streamlined to the strike zone, so
03:08 that they're not off-putting and they're not overly grippy when it comes to the ball.
03:12 But in wet conditions, it provides that perfect balance of grip.
03:16 The other one that I do wanna point out is our laceless offer.
03:19 I mean, I think just from looking at it and once you get it in hand,
03:24 you can see what a difference in terms of a silhouette it is.
03:28 And that has also been a very key feature, follows the anatomical foot structure and
03:33 makes it that much more comfortable and gives that extra lockdown that's needed.
03:38 [MUSIC]
03:42 >> I'm super excited to see where the next generation of players take
03:47 the Predator.
03:48 It's absolutely been a pleasure working on the Predator 24 and
03:52 we have even more exciting things coming.
