00:04 It's still raining in the north-east of the city of Amihan in a large part of Luzon and Visayas.

00:10 It's still bringing a cold temperature, especially in the early morning.

00:14 And there's a light rain, especially in the eastern portions.

00:17 Meanwhile, here in Mindanao, the rain is still expected to fall on the shoreline or the line where the cold Amihan and hot wind from the Pacific Ocean meet.

00:27 So, you can see in our animation, the orange and red colors are associated with the occasional strong rain.

00:34 Meanwhile, until the weekend ends, we still don't expect a storm or low-pressure area to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:42 Today, the light rain is still expected here in the Micagayan Valley region and Aurora Province.

00:49 It's the end of the north-east monsoon. Cloudy skies will be accompanied by light rains and sometimes, a thunderstorm when it comes to the hills.

00:57 Meanwhile, in the remaining part of Luzon, the part of the region is still expected to be cloudy until the sky is cloudy.

01:03 And the rain is more frequent in the Bicol region and Quezon, as well as in some parts of the Cordillera region.

01:10 In Metro Manila, the weather is still expected to be almost like yesterday, partly cloudy until the sky is sunny.

01:17 And the chances of rain are low, as well as in some parts of the western section of Luzon.

01:23 In terms of temperature, the low temperature is noticeable, especially in the early hours of the day.

01:28 Here in Baguio City, the minimum temperature is up to 12 degrees Celsius.

01:32 Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila, as of 2 in the morning, it's at 21 degrees Celsius.

01:36 It's possible for it to go down until later at 7 in the morning.

01:40 Some places, such as Lawag, are at 19 degrees Celsius, as well as Tagaytay.

01:44 Those are the minimum temperatures. Meanwhile, in Tagaytay, the lowest temperature is 20 degrees Celsius.

01:50 For our fellowmen here in Palawan and a large part of Visayas, they are also affected by the North East Monsoon or AMIHAN.

01:58 Expect the part that is cloudy and sometimes cloudy until the sky is cloudy,

02:01 accompanied by rain, especially here in the eastern section of Visayas.

02:07 For our fellowmen in Mindanao, it's still possible for a storm to come out of the house.

02:44 As for the temperature here in Visayas, it's not too cold, but it's not too hot.

02:49 The maximum temperature here in Tanghali is no more than 30 degrees Celsius.

02:53 And here in Mindanao, it's still the hottest in the western section, including Zamboanga City,

02:59 Cotabato, and Jensan, up to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:03 Currently, due to the strong northeast monsoon, we still have gale warning or high waves

03:09 in Mapaluzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

03:12 Up to 4.5 meters or more than one and a half feet of high-rise buildings,

03:16 it's still possible for waves to come here in Batanes,

03:19 Northern Coast of Ilocos Norte, Bung Cagayan, along with Baboyan Islands,

03:23 below Isabela, Aurora, Northern Quezon, along with Polilio Islands,

03:28 Calaguas Islands, Camarines Norte, Rapu-Rapu Islands, Albay, Northern and Eastern Catanduanes,

03:34 Bahagi pong Sorsogon on the eastern coast, northern and eastern portion of Northern Samar,

03:39 eastern coast of Eastern Samar, all the way up to the eastern coast of Dinagat Islands,

03:44 Surigao del Norte, Davao Oriental, and Surigao del Sur.

03:47 The waves are very dangerous, especially for small fishing boats,

03:51 including our fellow fishermen.

03:54 In the coming days, it will still be possible for waves to come here in Bicol Region,

03:58 Eastern Visayas, and Eastern Mindanao.

04:00 The waves will be reduced in the coming days here in Mapaluzon,

04:03 but by the end of the week, the waves will rise again here in Extreme Northern Luzon

04:08 due to the new eruption of Northeast Monsoon.

04:12 In the coming days, we will expect the slightest weakening of the storm,

04:16 from later in the afternoon until Sunday morning.

04:20 You will notice the slight weakening of the storm that will bring a part of the rise of our temperature.

04:25 But don't worry, because by Sunday evening, all the way until the middle of next week,

04:31 the Northeast Monsoon Storm will be strong again.

04:33 So we will still be able to use our clothes to keep us cool.

04:37 So here in Metro Manila, in the next three days,

04:40 the weather conditions will be almost the same, partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

04:44 accompanied by a slight rain,

04:47 and localised thunderstorms will be possible over the weekend.

04:50 In Baguio City, the temperature will be between 13 to 14 degrees Celsius in the early hours of the day,

04:55 and we will expect a maximum temperature of 22 degrees Celsius.

04:59 For Legazpi City, the rain will still be reduced.

05:03 We will still see the Mount Mayon more often,

05:06 and the chance of rain will be low in the morning,

05:08 with localised thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

05:11 For our fellow residents here in Visayas,

05:13 we expect the weather conditions to be almost the same in Metro Cebu,

05:17 partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

05:19 and there is a chance of light rain by tomorrow,

05:22 and then over the weekend, there will be localised thunderstorms by the afternoon.

05:26 Same goes for Iloilo and Tacloban City,

05:29 where it will be getting hotter in the afternoon,

05:31 with a maximum temperature of 32 to 33 degrees Celsius in the afternoon,

05:35 and there is also a chance of rain.

05:38 Lastly, for our fellow residents here in Mindanao,

05:41 for Metro Davao, Davao Region, and Caraga Region in particular,

05:45 by tomorrow, it will still be raining.

05:47 The sky will be cloudy, so bring an umbrella.

05:49 The weather conditions will improve by Saturday and Sunday,

05:53 due to the weakening of the shear line.

05:55 As for the northern Mindanao Region and Zamboanga Peninsula,

05:59 it will still be partly cloudy to cloudy skies,

06:01 and it will be getting hotter in the afternoon, up to 33 degrees Celsius.

06:05 There is still a chance of light rain or thunderstorms.

06:09 The sun will rise later, at 6.25 in the morning,

06:13 and set at 5.48 in the afternoon.
