Sean Dyche hopes Everton's FA Cup win over Crystal Palace provides some respite for fans after a 'tough' week.

00:04 a bit too often, they're tough, you know, tough for the Evertonians, tough for the club,
00:08 tough for myself and the team, but the mentality has been resolute all season, I think, you

00:16 players, we still look solid, we still look energised, still saw a way to win the game,

00:24 speaking, kind of flat form. Some of these Cup games, it's hard to explain, but the way
00:29 football's changed now, the Premier League games are so enormous, the feel of them, the
00:33 exposure of them, some of these Cup games can be odd affairs and it felt like that first
00:38 half, apart from a sublime goal, and then second half, like I say, there was a bit more
00:42 energy, a bit more purpose, the crowd came to life a bit more as well and then, you know,
00:47 we go out in the end by winning the game and Joe ends up making a fantastic save late in
00:52 the game to make sure we do win it, so he played his part as well amongst others.
