00:00 Internally for me, man, I just wanna be the best leader I can be for

00:02 the people around me.

00:03 And it changes, you talk about standards,

00:09 you talk about internal expectations and what you wanna do.

00:13 But the one thing that I've learned is the standard changes because

00:17 that team changes.

00:20 We have expectations for how we wanna go play, we have expectations for

00:24 how we wanna go do things and operate in the level in which we wanna do that at.

00:28 But every team sets a new standard,

00:35 cuz you have guys that come and go.

00:37 And so it's about approaching that the right way.

00:42 And as a leader, that starts with me doing that and

00:47 setting that example and setting the mentality for that.

00:52 And so it's tough to sit here.

00:55 And I think the toughest thing about all of this right now is someone else is gonna

00:59 win a world championship.

01:01 And there's a lot of motivation in that in itself.

01:06 And there's gonna be a lot of reflection in that internally, so

01:10 I can be the best that I can be to not only operate at a high level on the field,

01:15 but just lead the guys.
