00:30 I don't understand, I think he's at the perfect.

00:33 I want a guy who's been kicked in the teeth, who understands players, but

00:37 doesn't have to let the players run the entire place,

00:40 because you gotta know who's in charge.

00:42 Who understands winning, being a number one seed in Tennessee,

00:45 with some lesser talent than other places.

00:48 Who also gets systems and schemes and isn't afraid to hire great coaches.

00:53 I think that's so underrated.

00:55 Lowell, you and I have talked about this in the past.

00:57 We always talk about the head coach.

00:59 I wanna know the staff, cuz the staff is what's bringing stuff.

01:02 They're the guys who are spinning around the players.

01:05 I think there's a handful of good candidates, fellas, I do.

01:08 But for my money, I think Vrabel, you give him Herbert.

01:11 You gotta start a lot of positions in the secondary, a wide receiver.

01:21 So you can go up and down the roster.

01:25 over the last handful of years, a team that has been enormously talented and

01:32 hurt a lot, I know banged up.

01:34 But underachieved with the roster has been these charges.

01:37 This year I picked them to win the division as well as over Kansas City.

01:41 And because I thought they're gonna finally elevate.

01:45 Well, the end game play, all the things that went on in game,

01:48 I don't need to reemphasize that.

01:50 You guys know in game management, they needed a new feel.
