There's been a daring rescue on Sydney’s northern beaches after a group of young people were cliff jumping at Warriewood. The rescue came just hours after surf life savers warned of the dangers of swimming at unpatrolled beaches. The city's coastline was packed all day as people tried to escape the heat.

01:54 so I think that's safe and the guards are also here.
