00:05 The Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN is affecting the Northern Luzon.

00:10 So in the next 24 hours, we will be able to transport in the cold weather,

00:15 not only in the Northern Luzon, but also in the Central Luzon, Metro Manila, and Calabarzon.

00:22 Good news, we are not being watched by low pressure areas or storms inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:30 and not even in the Pacific Ocean.

00:33 In the next 24 hours, because of the AMIHAN, we will be able to transport in the cloudy skies

00:39 with low rainfall in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Aurora, and Quezon.

00:47 And in the next 24 hours, the skies will be cloudy with rain.

00:52 Usually, it will be light rain until the right time in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and in the area of Aurora and Quezon.

01:02 Meanwhile, in the southern part of the Luzon, along with Metro Manila,

01:08 it will be a good and clear sky tomorrow,

01:11 where we will be able to transport in the cloudy skies.

01:16 Except for isolated areas with low rainfall.

01:20 Let's go to Visayas and Mindanao.

01:23 As you can see, we will have fair weather tomorrow,

02:26 But for our countrymen in Ligaspi City,

02:29 we are expecting a rainy weather from Wednesday to Friday,

02:34 because we are expecting the return of the shear line, which is the collision of cold and hot winds.

02:41 So, we remind our countrymen to be careful,

02:44 because of the rain that will fall or possibly fall due to flooding or landslides.

02:50 In Metro Cebu and Ilocos City, the next 3 days will be fair weather,
