A micro bakery in Dromore, making hand-rolled bagels, has sold out day after day following the success of a viral social media video, with people travelling from as far as Dundalk and Dublin.
The video from Bethel’s Kitchen showcased the work of Willetta Gabriel, a Michigan-born chef who now resides and works in Northern Ireland. The video, made and shared by Belfast-based creator Matt Stevenson, was viewed on social media 100,000 times in the first 24 hours.
