00:02 My five exercises, definitely with kettlebells.
00:07 I think kettlebells are life-changing.
00:08 There's so many that you can do.
00:10 It's so hard to choose one,
00:11 and there's like everything targets a different area.
00:14 So I mean, definitely the swing.
00:16 A swing is the go-to.
00:17 This is not the correct position, but you know.
00:19 I like a high pull, where you like start low to the ground
00:21 and you pull it up high.
00:22 Ab exercises with kettlebells.
00:24 So you lay on your back,
00:25 you sort of like engage your entire core,
00:28 and then you push one up.
00:29 So you're like, you're horizontal to the ground,
00:31 and you're using one arm,
00:32 and you lift your legs up off the ground.
00:34 You can either lift one leg up or both legs.
00:36 I think a good row is always good.
00:37 Lunges and squats with kettlebells too,
00:39 it's like, it's phenomenal.
00:40 And it's so much easier to just have one solid weight
00:43 in the middle instead of having two or, yeah.
00:45 So I think that was five.
