00:00 >> What do you need to do this offseason to get even better in your rookie year?
00:06 >> For me, it's about being consistent, just making sure I don't lose who I am,
00:10 and just building off of what I did this year as a rookie.
00:13 >> So you think it's more mental than physical to improve?
00:16 >> Yes.
00:17 >> Lose who you are, how so?
00:19 >> Just not forgetting what my game is as far as my explosion, my quickness,
00:24 my strength, just kind of getting better on my strength and
00:28 being able to be the guy who I am and better.
00:31 >> Easier to do that when you have to do less thinking and everything kind of,
00:35 the scheme is more automatic for you?
00:38 >> I don't think it's necessarily the scheme.
00:40 I feel like with it being the offseason, I have enough time to just work on my body
00:46 and just kind of look back and see all the mistakes I made and
00:51 the things I wasn't so happy about and just fix it.
00:54 >> Two postseason games, two sacks, what does it mean to you,
00:57 just being able to show up on that big a schedule?
00:59 >> It feels great.
01:00 The intensity level is much higher.
01:03 That the sacks, it means much more.
01:07 Just being able to put the offense in position to go score,
01:10 it feels great every time.
01:11 >> What can you say about your overall progress throughout your working year and
01:15 the strides that you've made as a player?
01:17 >> I'm excited with what I've done.
01:19 I kind of started off slow with the injury and just kind of getting back into
01:24 football and then finally picking it up and then having fun and
01:28 showing everyone who I am.
