After the Flankie which combines cookie and flan, discover the Chocoflan, the perfect combination between a super moist chocolate cake and a vanilla caramel flan that is as melting as possible. When unmolded, the caramel soaks the cake underneath, for a regressive dessert that will appeal to both young and old gourmands!

Ingredients:
Caramel:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water

Vanilla flan:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/3 cup milk

Soft chocolate cake:

- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp sugar

- 2 egg yolks
- 1.5 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1,5 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
