00:03 My name is Jesse Gibson, and I was the editorial director
00:11 at Soave.
00:12 I worked my way up from the editorial assistant,
00:15 and I climbed the ranks to the editorial director there.
00:17 I'm very proud of that.
00:18 It's a very small, tight-knit, family-run business.
00:24 And I remember when I started working there,
00:27 Felicia and Steve's first child was born,
00:30 and they had the crib in the office.
00:33 That shows you how much of a family business.
00:35 Doesn't get more family than that.
00:37 And it was a very warm setting, and there
00:41 was a lot of love, a lot of laughing, a lot of joking.
00:45 Great, great place to work.
00:47 I'd say the biggest life lesson I learned
00:49 is that you can make a career out of your passion.
00:53 That was one of the first jobs I got after I graduated
00:58 from college.
01:00 And yeah, I mean, I was as green as you get.
