00:00 Families are struggling with a cost of living crisis, trying to work out the household budget,
00:06 balancing spiralling mortgages, prices and eye-watering bills. And then at the last minute
00:13 they're thrown into chaos because their nursery says they can't deliver the free
00:17 childcare he promised. Now he calls that a practical issue, but I prefer the honesty
00:25 of whichever of his colleagues briefed to the Times that it was, and I quote, "a complete
00:30 s*** show". Who was it who briefed that to the Times? Hands up. When will the Prime Minister
00:37 finally realise that the biggest practical issue facing Britain is the constant farcical
00:42 incompetence of the Government that he leads?
00:46 Prime Minister, Mr Speaker, another week with no ideas, absolutely no ideas as contrary
00:53 to an absolutely no plan. He talked about the cost of living, Mr Speaker, he talked
00:57 about the economy, but he never actually brings it up, and we all know why, Mr Speaker, because
01:02 things are improving and we are making progress. Wages now rising, Mr Speaker, debt on track
01:10 to be reduced, and inflation more than halved from 11% to 4%, because he actually knows
01:15 that our plan is working and that his £28 billion tax grab will take Britain back to
01:22 square one, and that, Mr Speaker, is the choice. It's back to square one and higher taxes
01:27 with him, or a plan that's delivering a brighter future with the Conservatives.
