A dedicated but temperamental, police Sergeant Bill Chu, transfers from the Heavy Crime Unit to the Emergency Unit, where he takes command a mismatched group of subordinates.
However, Bill doesn’t let his team’s perceived limitations prevent him from taking them into direct combat with the ruthless "Professor" and his band of psychotic criminals who have pulled a multimillion-dollar robbery at InterPol headquarters.
