00:03 - They have a very tough matchup here now, Dominic,
00:05 coming up on Sunday.
00:07 Going out to Santa Clara to face the 49ers.
00:10 We know the deal here, number one seed in the NFC.
00:14 You've got Purdy, you've got Christian McCaffrey,
00:17 a very tough defense.
00:18 But I think the one thing that people aren't bringing up
00:22 enough about this Lion team
00:25 is that they've shown you this year
00:28 that they've got the stones to go on the road
00:30 and to put up a big effort.
00:32 Like they're not a team that's just gotten fat
00:34 playing indoors in the dome in Detroit.
00:37 They went to Kansas City opening week on the road
00:39 and took care of business.
00:40 They've gone on the road in some big spots.
00:43 I don't think they're gonna be scared at all
00:45 of a challenge like this going out to Santa Clara.
00:48 - Not at all.
00:50 This team is built to stay in games
00:53 and is built to win games that they are in.
00:56 So I would say the key to this one
00:58 is staying, hanging around and being in the game
01:01 and having positive possessions.
01:04 And possessions that end with punts.
01:06 You turn the ball over to San Francisco
01:08 and that's where Green Bay got in trouble.
01:10 But you gotta hold on the ball.
01:12 You gotta end it with a kick,
01:13 either a punt or a field goal or an extra point.
01:16 So you gotta end every drive like that.
01:18 And this defense definitely has the metal to be in games.
01:23 Obviously we saw that with, like you said,
01:25 that Kansas City with who I think is the best quarterback
01:28 in the game, Patrick Mahomes.
01:30 And so to open the season like that
01:33 and prove to themselves that they can do this
01:35 and it's been a theme for them.
01:38 So they're gonna be all right.
01:40 I mean, shoot, that head coach,
01:42 he would walk into a fiery pit and play.
01:45 So I know what he's built and what he's telling those guys.
01:49 So if you saw his post-game speech,
01:53 the guy was on to San Francisco
01:55 within 20 minutes of finishing that game.
01:58 So they'll be ready to play and it should be a good one.
02:02 I saw those numbers up there.
02:03 I'm definitely taking the plus seven.
02:05 - I'm with you.
02:07 I'm on the plus seven
02:09 and I do think that they can win the game outright.
02:11 I mean, they're seven to one to win the whole thing,
02:14 the Super Bowl.
02:15 And I've already put a couple of tickets in on that as well.
