00:09 It is a great honor to be here.
00:13 He is the father of Indian cinema.
00:15 And a student of cinema.
00:18 I always consider myself a student of cinema.
00:24 I love to learn and to be here as a part of this is very special for me.
00:33 It is a big honor and very prestigious.
00:35 I wish them all the luck.
00:37 This is getting bigger and better every year.
00:40 What does the award mean to you?
00:44 I think the love and validation that we get is very important.
00:49 Because we get encouragement.
00:51 It feels very good.
00:54 Somewhere it feels like you are doing the right thing.
00:58 You are on the right path.
00:59 And it also makes you want to work harder.
01:03 I think it is very very important.

01:20 Who called the big camera?
01:22 Who is the big camera?
01:25 I am the biggest camera.
01:27 Okay, Diya ma'am, first of all, you look very smart.
01:30 What would you like to say?
01:32 Dada Saheb Phalke is a very prestigious award.
01:34 He is the father of Indian cinema.
01:36 What would you like to say to the association?
01:39 150 years ago, films were made in India.
01:47 And Dada Saheb Phalke, as you rightly mentioned, is the father of Indian cinema.
01:53 I feel very happy.
01:55 Because connecting with films and reaching people through an artist,
02:06 to form a part of people's memories and moments of life is such a privilege.
02:12 And I always say that as artists, as a community,
02:17 what Dada Saheb Phalke started has of course led to the legacy that we've all been able to be a part of and build on.
02:26 So it's a very very momentous year, especially because it's the 150th year.
02:31 And I consider myself very fortunate that I am an artist and a part of films.
02:39 You have a lot of good films on your facebook page.
02:43 Do you have a favourite film that you would like to share?
02:48 I would like to say that when Dhak Dhak was released last year,
02:53 I tried to put this in people's minds many times.
02:59 It took 150 years to write and make a story for our country
03:05 in which four women travel on motorcycles from Delhi to Khardungla.
03:13 And we are so happy that this film made a place in people's hearts.
03:19 So many people gave so much love to this film.
03:23 And all the lists that have been made for the best films of 2023, Dhak Dhak is a part of it.
03:30 And I hope that through the awards, our producers get more excited to make such stories.
03:42 Thank you.
