Matapos ang siyam na taon, hustisya pa rin ang panawagan ng mga pamilya ng tinaguriang SAF 44, ang 44 na Special Action Force commando na namatay sa bakbakan sa Mamasapano, Maguindanao. 00:22 It is still hard for the family of PO2 Romeo Sempron to accept the arrest of the accused.

00:27 Along with other Special Action Force Commandos in the Sapano, Maguindanao, Siam area last year.

00:34 They are trying to live a normal life, but it seems that their dark part of life is not over yet.

00:41 Because until now, no one has been able to answer the death of the Tinagorean SAF 44.

00:47 For a long time, no one has been imprisoned.

00:56 They are just giving names.

01:00 But I want justice for all of the SAF 44.

01:04 The SAF's operation target was January 25, 2015,

01:08 to capture the well-known bomb-maker and terrorist, Zolkifli Binhir alias Marwan and Basit Usman

01:15 in the mines of the Sapano.

01:18 Marwan was killed, but Usman was escaped.

01:21 The area was hoping that the SAF Commandos would be able to finish the successful operation

01:26 when they were able to fight together with the armed groups in the area.

01:30 The police fought yesterday, but no help came for them.

01:35 Even though the former commander of the SAF, Hetulio Napenas,

01:38 still believes that there is no justice for the people he killed.

01:43 The accused in Ombudsman Sinanapenas,

01:46 former President Noyoyaquino,

01:48 and former PNP chief, Alan Purisima, were dismissed because of their command responsibility.

01:54 Not yet.

01:55 Was there a case filed against those people who killed the 44?

02:00 Until now.

02:01 Not yet.

02:02 I would like to see the dead be sentenced.

02:06 Because they killed them.

02:08 They are murderers.

02:09 They are killing them alive.

02:11 You know that. You saw that.

02:14 So do you think justice has been served?

02:16 That the case has not yet been filed?

02:18 And matched skill.

02:20 President Bongbong Marcos personally brought the memory of the 44

02:24 to the Philippine National Police Academy.

02:27 And the president will not forgive their sacrifice for the country.

02:31 In their last hours, in that place of honor,

02:34 we can draw many important lessons.

02:38 The lessons such as to put nation before self,

02:41 to display courage under fire,

02:44 to resolve to forge ahead,

02:47 to never give up.

02:50 We would also be disrespecting their memory if we give quarter

02:54 to those who terrorize our people.

02:57 We would be devaluing their valor if we cede our territory to those who would trespass upon it.

03:03 Lieutenant Colonel Raymond Train is one of the officers who were saved in Bakbakan.

03:08 Aside from the brave comrades, he also gave courage to others like him who were saved and continue to serve the country.

03:16 In the first instance, I call on you not to forget their sacrifices for the security of our country.
