00:02 Former Finance Minister Dayim Zainuddin will most likely be charged in court next week.

00:14 According to Malaysia Kini, Dayim's lawyer will liaise with an MACC

00:19 investigating officer to set a date.

00:20 Yesterday, Azam said MACC had received the Attorney General's Chamber's approval

00:26 to bring Dayim to court, though this was put off since the former minister was at the hospital.

00:31 Azam also did not specify the nature of the charges in question.

00:35 MACC said its investigation into Dayim began in February 2023

00:41 and was based on information from the Pandora Papers leak,

00:44 which linked several prominent Malaysians to offshore tax havens.
