First successful IVF impregnation could save northern white rhino

In a world first, a southern white rhinoceros has been successfully impregnated using an IVF embryo transfer. Despite the rhino dying from a bacterial infection, researchers are hopeful this breakthrough will save the nearly extinct northern white rhinos.
