Putusan ICJ Hanya Perintahkan Israel Cegah Genosida di Jalur Gaza

Mahkamah Internasional Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (ICJ) pada Jumat (26/1) di Den Haag, Belanda, resmi memutuskan bahwa Israel harus mencegah terjadinya genosida di Jalur Gaza, Palestina.

00:00 In the trial on Friday, January 26, at the Dutch Peace Police Den Haag, the International Court of Justice decided that Israel must act so that genocide does not occur in the Gaza Strip, Palestine, and opens access including humanitarian aid to the area.
00:17 The trial led by Judge John A. Donohue also calls for Israel to free all Palestinian citizens, ensure that all military troops do not commit genocide, and take action to improve the situation of humanity.
00:31 In addition, the International Court of Justice also urged Israel to report to court for a full month about what they did to preserve the integrity of the outcome of the trial.
00:41 By 16 votes to 1, the State of Israel shall take all measures within its power to prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide in relation to members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip.
00:56 By 16 votes to 1, the State of Israel shall take immediate and effective measures to ensure the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
01:14 Despite this, there was no explicit urge from the International Court of Justice to stop the full-scale military attack on the Gaza Strip. The court also did not accept a ceasefire.
