00:00 Hiya, so we are here at Stamford Bridge where Chelsea have managed to produce another entertaining
00:06 0-0 draw against Aston Villa. No team deserved to lose this one I must say. Both had chances
00:13 but in the end you get the feeling that a draw was the best outcome for them so they'll
00:18 have to do it again. I'm here with Charlie Huffman, am I pronouncing your name well?
00:23 Huffenden. Huffenden, that's it, nearly there, who covers our pack for Birmingham and Villa.
00:29 How did you make of the game? Yeah, it was an entertaining 0-0 wasn't it? Both goalkeepers
00:33 did very well, Martinez and Petrovic made some fantastic saves in both halves of the
00:38 game. It's just frustrating for myself personally, it's three 0-0's I've had to cover in a row
00:43 now, Everton away at Villa and Wolves away at Brighton but as I said it was a very entertaining
00:48 0-0 as far as it goes and it does set up an exciting replay at Villa Park. Well yeah,
00:53 we'll see if Chelsea are up for it. It feels like this season is going to be defined by
00:58 the Cubs for Chelsea, not doing too well in the league, ninth at the time of playing this
01:02 game but they're in the final of the league cup so we'll see if they'll make it to the
01:06 quarter final stage if they get past Villa but Villa are alive in three competitions,
01:12 Europa, Premier League and still alive in the FA Cup so we'll see if Unai is able to
01:17 win this one or it's Pochettino that comes up. Two very strong sides and Chelsea I must
01:21 say haven't lost here since October so if that makes Villa feel fine, maybe that stats
01:28 could say "OK, we went to a side that hasn't lost since October and are flying high at
01:34 this particular moment" but generally do you think that in the second half Villa went for
01:37 it or they just felt that "Oh, hold on, we'll take this game"? I think they definitely stepped
01:42 up in the second half. In the first half they were quite passive and they just sat in quite
01:45 narrow. They were a bit more expressive in the second half, I saw Matty Cash stepping
01:48 up, Alex Moreno as well so they did go for it a little bit more. I think more maybe because
01:52 they were desperate not to have a replay, they've got such a busy fixture schedule that
01:56 it's not going to help them is it? But as it is it goes back to Villa Park and that
02:00 helps them Villa, it's such a fortress for them. They did lose to Everton in the EFL
02:05 Cup earlier in the season but I do fancy them to beat Chelsea on home soil. We'll see about
02:12 that but Chelsea again lost Levi Cole even before the ball was kicked. He came out here
02:17 and I think he felt something so what happened with that? I'll figure Gail Crest was brought
02:22 in and they had a full shift of the back line. Ben Yashel had to go and play left back, Absel
02:29 Di Sassi came back into centre defence and then Thiago Silva who played very well in
02:34 the second half of this game. So we'll wrap up here at Stamford Bridge. It's me, Roman
02:39 and Charlie, half-ending. Did I get that one right? That's the one mate. That's the one.
02:43 Cheers.
