00:00 When the time came that we were facing, our grandfathers said,
00:09 "What should we do with our country?
00:14 Can we just have barangay? Or should we be united?"
00:20 We said different things.
00:25 It was agreed by the Filipinos then, of all walks of life,
00:33 the Ilocanos, Cebuanos, Tagamindanao,
00:38 they agreed to form a constitution.
00:47 You know, that constitution is like a home for people.
00:57 There's a post office.
01:01 We said, "Let's make a nice office where we can meet and talk about the destiny of this country."
01:14 There, they agreed that there would be big houses, big posts,
01:23 and there would be furniture and rooms, living rooms and all.
01:29 The discussion from time to time,
01:35 the country grew and we added offices to the officials.
01:43 It was a nice place. It was a home.
01:47 There were tables, desks, chairs, and everything.
01:56 We did not discuss destroying that house.
02:06 It was intended for posterity and the constitution was passed to us.
02:15 Although it was amended and modified,
02:19 but it is still the fundamental law since 1935 until now.
02:25 And what keeps the Ilocanos happy, happy, and happy?
02:31 Why are we alone?
02:34 Our language is different, our eating habits are different, our manners are different.
02:41 Why are we here now?
02:45 Because of one house.
02:50 That house is the role of the constitution.
02:57 Now, the constitution is supposed to be a permanent thing.
03:06 The law that the constitution was given to the Congress and lawmakers,
03:14 they can make laws every day, modify, change it if they want, every week.
03:22 That's okay. Don't care about the constitution because that's the official house of the Filipinos.
03:32 Why did the People's Initiative enter your mind?
03:42 What did you eat?
03:48 There's nothing wrong with the constitution right now.
03:53 The environment in the Philippines seems to be positive, okay.
04:00 There's no problem.
04:03 We meet every day.
04:06 I go to Manila, I have many friends, my brothers, my classmates.
04:11 Our life is okay.
04:14 But suddenly, the People's Initiative came.
04:20 You know, from the beginning, I was already doubting.
04:26 Why?
04:28 The People's Initiative should come from the people.
04:33 It should come from the people.
04:37 And from the barangay, and from the DILG, they should pass it to the city, province, and national office.
04:48 Here, congressmen,
04:52 you know,
04:58 if this life is going to be a mess,
05:05 I'll tell the military, destroy the congress.
05:09 We spend, we pay, we go to the room,
05:19 seeking payment for the People's Initiative.
05:24 So, what is the motivation?
05:27 Did the people's heart come from the people who signed it?
05:31 It's not the petition that we signed here,
05:37 that there's a change in the constitution.
05:46 It's just a signature, and money.
05:51 What kind of f*ck*ng mother is that?
05:57 Is that what you think of the Filipinos?
06:01 If that's the case, let's separate.
06:06 You, from Loson, go to Mindanao,
06:13 let's declare independence separately.
06:19 Why?
06:22 Because you're polluting our country.
06:27 I became president, I became mayor, I became congressman.
06:35 What I'm telling you,
06:38 f*ck*ng mother.
06:41 This is clean, right?
06:50 You might pee on this.
06:52 This is really a mess.
07:01 What do you expect the national government,
07:12 particularly the Malacanian,
07:15 what is your response?
07:20 You left the seminars, you did that.
07:26 You never educated the Filipino people.
07:31 You want the Filipino to remain ignorant
07:36 so you can do what you want with the country.
07:41 That's the truth.
07:44 Because you're f*cking around so the people don't know.
07:51 Well, we studied, and we know, but
07:59 what you're doing is unacceptable.
08:04 From the start, you're buying the Filipino's signature.
08:11 Is that the people's initiative?
08:14 You know, national, provincial, city, municipal, then the barangay.
08:26 That's the excellence of the government's power.
08:33 You're not using the barangay
08:38 and you gave 20 million pesos to each of their congressmen.
08:45 And you're buying the Filipino.
08:49 You know what that is?
08:51 You're buying the people's souls.
08:58 F*ck*ng...
09:00 I can't accept that.
09:04 I studied, but I'm not ignorant.
09:08 Why are you buying people's chains?
09:11 This is your problem.
09:15 First, the Filipinos are unlucky.
09:21 Every president, almost all,
09:27 when he sits in his office,
09:31 does nothing but think about how to extend his term.
09:40 That's the problem.
09:42 Why are you like that?
