Mid and East Antrim independent unionist councillor David Clarke, who quit the DUP earlier this month after claiming he had been subjected to bullying, said he was taking part in the demonstration outside a meeting of the DUP executive - at the Larchfield estate near Lisburn - to 'peacefully protest against any potential sellout'

00:00 David Clark, ex-DUP councillor in Mid and East Antrim now, Independent Unionist councillor,
00:08 I'm here tonight to peacefully protest against any potential sellout. The DUP fought not
00:13 one but two recent elections based upon their seven tests which is their mandate and anything
00:18 less than that would be a complete another sellout and I want Sir Geoffrey to remember
00:22 that it was the electorate that voted him in and Northern Ireland is not a full and
00:25 integral part of the United Kingdom at the moment because of the RAC border. There should
00:30 be no EU law in this part of the United Kingdom and that he should remember that his seven
00:36 tests need to be met in full before any potential return to stormant.
