Here's a healthy option for the whole family! A healthy and quick snack to make. These energy bars are sugar-free (only natural sugar from dried fruits), flour-free, gluten-free, egg-free and therefore without cooking! These bars can also be cut into small squares and keep very well in the freezer. Good tasting !

1 - This recipe is suitable for people with diabetes by replacing the dates with nut butter and the dark chocolate with sugar-free dark chocolate.
2 - You can of course choose the seeds of your choice.

Ingredients :
150 g pumpkin seeds
150 g pitted dates
75 g pistachios
80 g dark chocolate 70% min
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Seeds of your choice (here pumpkin seeds, pistachios,
raisins, cranberries, hazelnuts)
