02:48 that are couched in vague language
02:52 like for confidence and hope and so on,
02:55 but when it comes to hard figures,
02:56 there were very few figures available.
02:58 For example, she talked about foreign direct investment
03:01 without acknowledging that it has come down
03:03 as a percentage of GDP not gone up.
03:05 She talked about, she didn't talk about unemployment,
03:09 which has gone up to record levels.
03:10 She didn't talk about youth unemployment.
03:13 She didn't talk about declining female labor participation
03:16 when talking about Nari Shakti.
03:18 So there were so many omissions.
03:20 I must say that this is going to be
03:23 a very, very disappointing speech
03:27 in terms of being couched entirely in generalities
03:30 and without enough substance.
