A mum and her three year-old daughter have potentially "life-changing" wounds following an attack with a corrosive substance which left 12 people injured near Clapham Common in Lambeth.

Mohamed Ilyas, 18, who lives on Lessar Avenue in Clapham says he ran outside when he heard screaming.

Mohamed claims to have seen a man throw a child to the floor and saw a man drive into a woman.
