00:00 Right, well, good morning, everyone. Welcome to number 10. How are you? Excellent. Well,
00:12 let's get cracking. I come from a small business family, so I've got enormous respect for anyone
00:19 who has taken that entrepreneurial plunge, has that entrepreneurial drive. It's not just
00:24 about the initial light bulb moment. It's about the guts and the determination that
00:28 all of you have to see it through and then inspire lots of other people behind your vision.
00:34 And that's what everyone here has done. My job and my desire is to help all of you succeed
00:40 because celebrating your success is something that is good for the country. And what we
00:44 need to make sure is that the UK is the best place in the world to start a business, to
00:48 grow a business, to scale a business. So I'm incredibly inspired by everything that you've
00:54 all done. I want to make sure that others are inspired too, because when that happens,
00:58 it's great for the UK and you guys are a shining example of what we need to do more of. So
01:03 thank you all for being here. And without further ado, I was going to ask you to join
01:07 me in welcoming our three fantastic panellists, Tom, Tessa and Jordan. Welcome.
