00:11 but they did not initially get along.

00:13 Elmo and his dad appeared on the Today Show to talk about a viral tweet in which Elmo asked ex-users how they were feeling.

00:19 Their responses were maybe not as light and fun as the Muppet may have imagined,

00:25 but while on the Today Show, Elmo took the opportunity to talk about the importance of mental health.

00:30 "You know, it's important to remember that we all have a lot of feelings and that's okay.

00:34 You know, it's good to know what feeling you're having.

00:38 And if you're feeling sad or worried or confused,

00:42 then you can talk to someone that you love and trust.

00:46 Whether Larry David was not a fan of Elmo's message or the Muppet himself is still unclear,
