00:11 I thought you weren't coming to the weekend.

00:12 Well, it started when I was a little boy in a country town,

00:16 watched the tracks, the riders go around, and I got hooked.

00:21 You know all the riders and they all know you.

00:24 Well, I hope they know me because I'm signing the cheques,

00:26 but any business I'm involved in, sport or business, it's about the family.

00:33 It's about the culture you set.

00:36 We talk about the family, and it's important.

00:42 I'm very fortunate that we've got some great management

00:45 and some great talent riding for us.

00:49 It certainly is a dream going back to 2010.

00:53 We've got 12 Australian riders,

00:56 and I always wanted to see an Australian flag on a team car.

01:00 We're very proud to be here today in Alula and being sponsored by them,

01:06 which is a bonus.

01:07 It puts a bit of pressure on us to win today.

01:10 They hope today you get a good picture in Alula.

01:14 Well, we have to for the sponsor.

01:16 They're wonderful partners.

01:17 We have a great vision and a strategy to not only cycling tourism,

01:24 but also for the locals and encourage youth to get out on the bike and enjoy riding.

01:34 To be successful.

01:37 To keep winning where we can, and if we can punch above our weight and win races.
