00:08 He had a lot of great words, gave me some props for the day I had.

00:16 What would you say in terms of your high school background, you had a little bit of experience with wrestling.
00:23 Would you say that helped you with your handwork and stuff when it came to playing the offensive line position?
00:29 For sure, no, it helps with your handwork, it helps with your leverage.
00:32 Wrestling is just a great sport to play if you want to become a better football player.
00:36 In terms of just the things you think you can work on, what would you say those areas might be?
00:42 Definitely just mobility and pad level.
00:44 That's a huge thing I need to work on and I've been working on this all offseason so far.
