00:06 you've probably been seeing gua sha pop up everywhere.
00:09 Not only does it feel amazing, it boosts your circulation,
00:12 and it's going to help with puffiness.
00:13 So let's get started.

00:17 You want to make sure your hands are nice and clean,
00:19 and you just want to wash your skin.
00:21 A gentle cleanser is perfect.

00:25 This is what's going to give you that nice kind of slide
00:28 and slip.
00:29 Just press it into your skin.
00:33 Once we are all oiled up, grab your clean gua sha.
00:38 And we're going to start with the jawline.
00:40 So you're always starting at the center of your face
00:43 and working outward and upward to sculpt.
00:46 You just want to move up to the next area.
00:48 So we're going to do the cheekbones.
00:50 Place the stone right to the side of your nose,
00:52 and then do that sweeping upward motion.
00:55 It should kind of end around your temple and your hairline.

00:59 Next, we're going to move to the under eyes.
01:01 Gently hug that under eye bag and pull it up to your temple.
01:05 We're going to move to our forehead.
01:07 And we're going to flip the stone.
01:08 We're going to start kind of right in the eyebrow
01:10 area in the center and just pull it towards your hairline.
01:15 And once you feel like you got it in the center of your face,
01:18 you can start moving out.
01:21 And now we're going to work it down our neck.
01:23 We're going to start at the forehead all the way down.
01:26 Don't stress.
01:28 We're helping to kind of flush that excess fluid out
01:30 right there.
01:31 I feel like you can really see a difference.
01:33 This right here is really kind of popping for me
01:36 right now compared, which I love.
01:38 And I'm ready to glow for the day.
