00:47 So what I do to relax and speak early is this.

00:58 I feel more relaxed.
01:00 My body is more relaxed.
01:02 Not just my body, but my mind as well.
01:04 So before 10pm, I'll go to sleep.
01:09 And then when I wake up at 4.45am,
01:12 I can say that I'm energized and ready for the day.

01:21 What more if I take the time to go to bed early in the morning?
