00:28 We have concerns of the all incidents of violence

00:32 and restrictions on media freedom, freedom of expression,

00:35 including internet freedom, and peaceful assembly

00:39 and association.

00:40 We're concerned by some of the infringements

00:42 that we've seen in that space.

00:44 Pakistanis deserve to exercise their fundamental right

00:47 to choose their future leaders through free and fair elections

00:51 without fear, violence, or intimidation.

00:53 And it is ultimately for the people of Pakistan

00:55 to decide their political future.
