00:00 The Prime Minister calls himself an OBC.
00:03 Then, he got confused.
00:07 Earlier, he used to say that he is an OBC.
00:10 Now, he is saying that there are only two castes in India, rich and poor.
00:14 So, first he has to decide whether there are castes in India or not.
00:19 And secondly, whether he is an OBC or not,
00:23 50% of the population of India is of OBC.
00:29 15% of the population is of Dalit.
00:33 8% of the population is of Adivasi.
00:36 We want a caste system.
00:39 We want the population to be known.
00:43 Today, the OBC ward does not know the number of OBCs in the country.
00:47 Why is this necessary?
00:49 Because if the government wants to give them a share,
00:51 then they have to be counted first.
00:53 So, whatever the Prime Minister wants to say, he can say.
00:57 But, he should quickly decide the caste system.
00:59 And, he should not be afraid of that.
01:01 Secondly, the survey that we conducted in 2011,
01:04 we should put the numbers of that survey in front of the country.
01:07 Will the matter be resolved?
01:10 This question is not of one person.
01:14 This question is not of one person.
01:19 This question is of millions of poor people in India.
01:25 So, the Prime Minister's statement in the speech
01:29 that I am OBC or I am not OBC,
01:32 is not relevant at all.
01:35 What is relevant is,
01:37 how many people in this country are OBC.
01:40 That is relevant.
01:42 Why? Because, I will give you an example.
01:44 In big companies, you will not find OBC, Dalit, Adivasi.
01:48 I gave you an example of 90 software officers who run the country.
01:54 There, you are getting only three.
01:55 In the healthcare system, in the education system,
02:00 you will not find OBC, Dalit, tribal.
02:02 So, I am raising this question.
02:04 Especially from the recent stance, if I specify Mamata Averaji,
02:08 what is your take on this?
02:10 No, that's actually not true.
02:12 If you look at Mamata ji's statements,
02:15 Mamata ji is very much part of the India Alliance.
02:18 And, most of the other members who are part of the India Alliance
02:23 are members of the India Alliance.
02:24 Of course, Mr. Nitish Kumar has left the India Alliance
02:29 and he has gone to the BGP.
02:31 You can guess as to what the reasons are for him leaving.
02:34 That's fine. We will fight in Bihar as the India Alliance.
02:38 So, I don't agree that lots of our partners are not part of the Alliance.
02:43 Also, there is a negotiation going on.
02:47 There is a conversation about seats.
02:52 these are negotiations. So, there is posturing and that is normal.
