01:30 Anuradha ji namaskar. Namaste. And I should say Jai Shri Ram because you just come back.
01:35 You just come back. You just come back from the Ram Mandir. So what was it like?
01:41 Wow! It was a ethereal experience just simply out of this world and it is absolutely fascinating
01:51 when I think that you know that a struggle which has been going on for more than 500 years
02:00 should culminate and we should be a witness to it and more than a witness
02:08 I am just really really superlatively blessed that me and my daughter could have got a chance to sing
02:17 at that at the Pran Prathishta. There is something like that I mean when I think of how many crores of people
02:26 there are who sing in India and that we should be invited to sing you know specially on that day.
02:36 It was absolutely an experience that you can't forget.

03:02 Was it for you personally a very upsetting moment? Absolutely and there is a reason for that
03:09 because 20 years back when you know the murti was behind like it was kept behind bars
03:20 and sakhal laga ke in chains so that it shouldn't be stolen and it was in a tent
03:27 and like I was not aware of that and when I had a program there the Ramlila program
03:36 so when I went there and with a lot of enthusiasm I said you know arey ayodhya hai so let me go and see
03:43 Ram ji ka darshan karne do and I went inside I was horrified to see the state in which Ramlila was
03:52 I was just in tears I said you know it just hit me so hard that in a place like India
04:00 Hindustan bhi Ramlila ki yeh halat hai that decent temple bhi nahi hai unke liye so I was in tears
04:07 and it just stayed with me and then in the evening in the program I said and I told Ramlila
04:14 when I was in the temple I said look I am eagerly waiting for you to come out and have a bhavya mandir
04:23 aapke naam ka ho and which will be the pride of the entire nation and the day that happens
04:30 I will come and sing for you. Acha aapne kaha 20 saal pehle. So I mean emotional outburst hota hai na
04:37 us tarah se so I said I will come and sing for you and then phir toh of course the rest is history ki
04:44 kis saare se na temple bana and then of course invitations were you know personally given with
04:56 Akshata and that was a very very emotional moment that itself because especially in Maharashtrians
05:05 we give Akshata only to very very people who are very respected or very close to us for a
05:15 occasion which jaise humare ghar mein kisi ka agar mangal karya ho raha hai toh hum kisi ko
05:22 invite karne ke liye you don't give it to just anybody and everybody no you give it to somebody
05:28 who is very very close. Toh ghar jaake unko Akshata deke haldi kumkum lagaake Akshata deke
05:35 bulaate ki ne aapko zarur aana hai. You know so it's that personal touch which is meant for
05:42 very very special people but that is what I think I mean whoever's brainchild it was to give
05:50 Akshata to about 5 crore people it's not a joke you know even thinking about it but everybody
05:57 did that with such enthusiasm and I think that is what brought people together.
06:04 Anyway the invitation was given and the RSS people came they invited us and gave us the
06:12 invitation and then I generally asked them so they were saying ki ne sibhraan pratishtha
06:19 ki Modi ji aayenge saints sabhi you know from all walks of life logon ko bulaaya waqere.
06:27 Toh there was no mention of any program or anything like that. So mene fir apne mere
06:36 mann mein aaya doosre din I said Ramleela I know I have promised you ki aapki jab sthapna
06:42 hogi toh main gaungi but you know jaise abhi government ka hai ne government has arranged
06:49 the program toh unka protocol jo bhi hoga fir RSS walon ka unka protocol kya hoga they
06:56 have their own agenda. So I said my promise stands lekin wo gaana mere se gawana wo aapke
07:03 haath mein hai. You know to keep my promise let me keep my promises in your hands and
07:10 you will not believe Bharti this is when I was praying in the morning in the afternoon
07:16 I got a call from Gauri from Times she said when Mr. Yatindra wants to contact you shall
07:24 I give him your telephone number I said of course and then Yatindra ji called me in the
07:31 evening immediately he said Anuradhi ji I am the son of the prince of the king of Ayodhya
07:39 aur hum chahte hain ki pran pratishta ke waqt aap 5 minute gaayein I was in tears I just
07:49 burst into tears and I mean you know of course main gaungi ye bhi bol paana it was so difficult
07:59 because you know something that was only between you and Ramji yes absolutely and I said you
08:06 know because everybody because I am a singer so jin ko main bola tha ki haan main jaa rahi
08:11 hoon Ayodhya to unha bola hai ki fir tumhara program bhi hai kya tumhara program bhi hai
08:15 kya to naturally poochte hai so I said main waha se aake bataungi main waha kya kya kiya
08:21 bola hai aaja ok just a jab laga hai you don't know but this was the last thing I mean I
08:27 was not even aware ki aaj bhi matlab Ayodhya mein king hai waha pe and I was I didn't know
08:38 how to react and I immediately I told my daughter I said SSA hai and then just three days before
08:45 I had because I have started working on the works of Shankaracharya yes I started doing

10:47 since it was written by Adi Shankaracharya so uska ek alag mehta hota hai and then I
10:54 was absolutely in tears and all the time you know rongte khade hote rahate hai ki yeh

11:10 was a huge orchestra there of course they were playing and that was a unique idea really
11:16 and Yatinder ji is also great great music person matlab haan bahot jaante hai wo uske
11:24 baare mein and takes a very keen interest in everything matlab he is a real artist

11:48 instrument hai and then of course Vaishnojantho bhi baj raha tha Raghupati Raghav bhi baj

12:07 instrumental to then yes very very close to the muhurat you know Kavita and me sang that

13:20 feel achha shayad mera janam matlab I came to this world only for this moment yeh karni

13:31 everything choti choti choti choti baate and then I realized ki yeh toh this is my part

15:05 matlab ek yug purush ko kehte hai cultural jo sabko ikatthe laata hai you worship anybody

16:16 hai koi functions mein jate hai waghar hai to usme celebrities waghar hai to unka thoda
16:22 yo euphoria rehta hai waghar hai for everybody to feel the same each and everyone to feel
16:30 the same unke beyond kuch nahi so it was a matlab it was the atmosphere was something
16:37 you never experienced before it was electrifying and spiritually uplifting spiritually uplifting
16:45 culturally uplifting and very personally bharti and I am sure trillions will agree
16:55 with me you know koi aisa laga mujhe ki koi cheez hum logon mein jo thodi halki si adhoori
17:04 na wo complete ho gayi acha aisa laga yes yes absolutely matlab jaise humne kahi baar

21:34 at that time you was you had started making devotional albums the reason is because the
21:45 reason was you know when i was i just started singing and Rafi sahab was there kishoda ke
21:54 saath duets hote the Rafi sahab ke saath Mukesh ji ke saath duets hote the to each one every
22:03 artist has to go through this because its age and its human its hardwares ka sharir
22:10 hai to it goes through a hota hai you know changes hote hain aur first thing that it
22:19 thoda sa farak padta hai to voice pe farak padta hai ya whatever you know but it doesnt
22:25 mean that you forget the trillions of songs that somebody has sung aur nahi nahi yeh
22:30 kuch aaj kal kuch hai you know i happened to hear that about a very very established
22:37 singer duet ga ke i was leaving mehboob studio mein toh kuch log bhaar khade the jinko music
22:46 ka waise bhi akad hai nahi because jisko aata hai wo aise kabhi baat hai bol hi nahi kya
22:52 hai but that was you know i was very young and at that time it just hit me ki aur yeh
22:59 how can they make such a comment on such a senior singer and what about jo unhone gaah
23:05 ke bhandar rakha hai uske ware mein kya and us waqt i made up my mind ki bhagwan ji aap
23:12 jab mein number one pe leke jaoge na toh aapka naam lungi uske baad really yes so thats how
23:19 your devotional albums came about toh uske baad toh chalte re chalte re then i happened
23:25 to Dakshineshwar and it was about 12 years and Hero was a very very big hit and naturally
23:33 uske pehle toh like i never really ki mujhe baad gaane milne chahiye because i come from

23:47 sing achha doctor bano yeh bano bano achhe ladki ghar ki ladkiya nahi gati hai and all
23:54 that aap alka nad kar ki ki taan hai and my father was not very keen in fact dukhi the

24:16 jab gaana really became a big hit that was the only time i think in my life jo mujhe

24:44 ek ek line aisa hi chala saara then we approached Ponydor Music India ki mujhe ek album karna
24:54 hai toh i would like to do something in devotional he said nahi nahi market mein pata ki aapka
24:59 koi market nahi hai devotional ka toh okay toh aapko koi geet karo i said look either
25:06 it is matlab usko koi ek hona chahiye geet matlab you can't really usko place nahi kar
25:12 sakte anyway then at that time i happened to go to Dakshineshwar temple and i was sitting
25:17 there and maa ke puja lene ka aake unho raha hai ek maa ka bhajan sunao and it just hit
25:27 me ki 12 years i have been singing itna itni matlab barkat di hai and so much success she
25:35 has given me but mata ka mere pas ek bhi karna i didn't know aata hi nahi tha i said i am
25:44 so sorry what have i done matlab aise kaise hua you know it didn't even occur to me i
25:53 said maa mujhe jitne mandir hai unho sab ke saath jod de mujhe aaj aashirvaad dena jitne

27:22 this because you t series gulshan ji you were the people who gave devotional music that
27:28 kind of platform he was always encouraging for anything because he had that knack to
27:34 understand you know ki yeh correct cheez ho rahi hai because he was also commercial man
27:40 he was commercial but he had to be na but he understood ki devotional music ka of course
27:47 because when i entered t series jo maine saptashati ki uske baad manache shlok that was a instant
27:54 hit instant hit manache shlok jab aapne shuru kiya they allowed you to do it?
28:02 I entered with durga saptashati na ok alright and that was such a big hit yes matlab uske
28:11 baad jo jo jaise tulsi bhajan phir krishna bhajan hua to matlab lion se to devotional

28:57 love for mata vaishna devi so for him mamata ka mandir was mata like mata mother means
