Bukod sa Senado, ipina-subpoena na rin ng isang komite ng Kamara si Pastor Apollo Quiboloy. Dahil 'yan sa hindi nito pagsipot sa pagdinig na tumatalakay sa mga isyu tungkol sa SMNI.

00:31 The House Committee on Legislative Franchise will now proceed to subpoena Pastor Apollo Quiboloy,

00:37 the Honorary Chairman of SMNI or Sunshine Media Network International.

00:41 This is after Quiboloy did not attend the hearing earlier in the Chamber

00:45 regarding the bill that seeks to restore the franchise of SMNI

00:49 because of the issues of spreading fake news, red tagging, and the transfer of ownership of the company without the permission of the Congress.

00:57 But what if they are still not subpoenaed for the next hearing of Quiboloy?

01:02 After the subpoena, if Pastor Quiboloy does not appear, then we will be constrained to move for a contempt order.

01:11 And after, if he is still not subpoenaed, then that is the warrant.

01:14 It's about time that we have him sit down, we have him face the court, and we can ask Pastor Quiboloy directly

01:23 regarding our questions because this cannot be answered by the attorney alone.

01:27 The President of SMNI, Marlon Rosete, also did not attend the hearing because he felt bad,
