00:00 >> Going back to the quarterbacks, how are you gonna manage reps this spring
00:03 with having five scholarship quarterbacks?
00:05 >> Yeah, just gonna try to get as many reps as we possibly can of team reps,
00:09 seven on seven reps.
00:10 And we need to get the guys as many reps as they can.
00:14 It's not just the quarterback, it's at other positions.
00:16 But that means there'll be a lot of reps out there for the guys.
00:20 But we're gonna be smart this spring in terms of,
00:23 there's certain guys that have played a bunch of football.
00:27 And those guys are in a different situation than guys who just came in January.
00:32 Then you have guys that are in the middle there who have played some football, but
00:35 really need this spring to grow and build.
00:37 And so we'll identify that as the spring goes on to see who needs what reps.
00:41 But when you have the quarterback room that we have,
00:43 we're gonna need a bunch of team reps to make sure we're developing these guys.
00:47 They're learning the offense.
00:48 And for Devin, he probably has the most experience.
00:52 But Lincoln really doesn't have a ton, he hasn't gone through a spring yet.
00:56 Will's brand new to the offense.
00:59 Aaron and Julian are in the same boat.
01:01 So we need to get these guys as many reps as we possibly can.
01:04 So there'll be some long practices.
01:07 >> Do you feel like you need to give Will a majority of those first team reps,
01:10 him coming in potentially being start?
01:13 >> What we need to do is figure out how many reps do you really need to get
01:17 at the end of the spring to be ready to move into the summer.
01:21 So whatever that is, it's not a percentage.
01:23 It's just like, all right, here's what we need per practice.
01:26 and then we'll make sure that we get those reps.
