00:00 As a driver, when there's stuff going on off the track, how distracting can it be?
00:05 And will it get to the Red Bull drivers?
00:07 Or is it a case of when the visor goes down, it's sort of focused on the track and there's no room for distractions almost?
00:14 Oh, you can see stability is a key thing.
00:16 You know, leadership is a key thing.
00:18 And I think that goes for every team, whether that's an aerodynamic, whether that's a designer like Adrian Newey, whether it's James Allison.
00:25 You can see how relieved Mercedes were to get James Allison on board for the long-term stability of it.
00:31 I think it can be absolutely, you know, one small thing in the jigsaw, if that goes wrong, you know, it can be, it can dive down in a way you go.
00:41 Red Bull have lost a lot of key personnel over the years, with McLaren.
00:44 I think Aston Martin have taken quite a few.
00:47 And it's not affected them yet, but I don't think you see the signs early enough.
00:50 You need to see where it's going to be in a couple of years and where that all goes.
00:54 But of course, in the back of your mind, it's never a nice thing, anything going on.
00:59 I think the biggest thing is, though, with the drivers who are very strong, the people we've talked about, that doesn't affect them.
01:07 They don't really care what other people think.
01:10 You know, they're very straight thinking and very forward in the sense that they believe in their ability.
01:15 And I think their foundations are so strong within the team, they don't have to worry about it.
01:19 I guess their biggest concern is probably just ensuring that all the personnel are happy.
