00:00 Afternoon everybody. We just decided to do a press conference to help us with the search for Sam.
00:10 We are overwhelmed by the help of the public and community, what they, you know, the way it's all formed together.
00:20 And coming together as a unit to help us look for Sam and her disappearance.
00:27 People just don't vanish in a thin air. Someone's got to know something.
00:32 You know, whether it be any little thing that's relevant, just call the police, let them know.
00:39 You know, it will give us a bit of peace of mind, we'll get some hope from someone.
00:45 And, yeah, just, we'd just like to, if you can respect our privacy as well at home, if not, you know,
00:53 if we've got something, we'll come out and say it and you'll be advised by the police or by us if we need be.
01:01 Thanks for your time and, as I say, once again, hopefully someone's got something that they can remember or they've seen
01:07 and they can contact the authorities and, yeah, put some light on the subject.
01:13 And also, thanks very much for the people, the generosity throughout the community has been unbelievable.
01:19 If we went to accept all the food that would want to be cooked for us and all that, we wouldn't have to go to the supermarket for 12 months.
01:27 You know, it's just really, really good. So thank you very much, everybody.
01:30 We really, really do appreciate everything that everyone's doing. Thank you.
01:35 Can I say something? Yeah, Jess.
01:39 Sorry, Jess, can we get you to step forward for just one second, please? Thank you.
01:44 Hi, I'm Jess, I'm Sam's oldest daughter. Just on behalf of my dad and myself and my siblings,
01:52 I'd just really like to thank our family and friends for just their continuous love and support.
01:58 It's really helping us to get through and to keep us strong and to keep us motivated, to keep looking and keep moving forward.
02:09 My mum's a really strong woman and she's far too determined to give up this fight.
02:16 I know she's out there somewhere. So if you could please continue to search for her, to give her something to work with.
02:23 We'd really appreciate it. Mum, we love you so much and we miss you and we need you at home with us.
02:32 Please come home soon. I can't wait to see you and to give you the biggest hug when I do.
02:38 And to tell you all for giving us so much stress. I love you. Thank you all for your time.
02:45 And please stop taking photos of us and coming to our house. It's really hard.
02:50 I just want to be able to walk around my house and feel safe. And it's a bit hard at the moment.
02:57 OK, thank you. Thank you.
