00:34 And then talking to Quenshaw and saying, Travion is here and he's coming back.
00:39 And he said, well, I'd love to go play with him.
00:41 I think he said that to the media last week.
00:43 And so I just think that both of their approaches are that they can get each
00:47 other better, but it all started with Travion.
00:50 And I think Travion's leadership so
00:53 far this year as he's transitioned into his fourth year has been tremendous.
00:58 The way that he's gone about his work, the way that he's holding guys accountable.
01:02 He's got a different look in his eye and I think that's important.
01:05 He's been in these games before, he knows.
01:07 But I'll give Quenshaw credit.
01:09 He also has embraced what we've been in our culture in the last couple weeks and
01:15 we'll see as it grows.
01:16 But all the reports are that he's doing a great job of simulating.
01:20 But the whole running back room, and Dallin, James and Sam,
01:24 that's a heck of a room and there's a lot of depth there.
01:27 And when I think about next season, you have your 12 game regular season,
01:33 you have the Big Ten Championship game and then you have the 12 team playoff.
01:37 I mean, you're talking about possibly maybe 16, 17 games.
01:39 And so that's a long run, that's an NFL schedule.
01:43 And so your roster needs to reflect that.
01:45 And having depth at running back will be very, very important.
01:48 There'll be a lot of carriers to go around.
