00:00 My whole career has been about inclusivity and when I came to British Vogue, it just made sense to me looking around the world that, you know, when people are included, when people see themselves, they can relate.
00:12 And thankfully, you know, what you just mentioned, got us whole new, you know, readers, whole new revenue streams.
00:21 And it showed that inclusivity was also good business.
00:26 I mean, I always say, you know, when I started, people were saying, you know, diversity equals down market and sort of British Vogue showed that actually it was the opposite.
00:35 So I'm very proud to see the industry now sort of really embracing women in all their colours and all their glory.
00:43 I think and hope that, you know, the ethos continues.
00:48 I hope people still talk about diversity, people still are inclusive.
00:53 But I always say now the real work begins, you know, behind the scenes, behind the cameras, you know, in studios around the world.
01:03 That needs to be the conversation that will make sure that diversity and inclusion still carries on.
