00:00 Hello everyone, good to see you all again, some of you at least anyway.
00:21 I think I just mentioned I've been to this place myself as a player quite a few times,
00:44 where in a game we didn't have as many chances as we did today.
00:49 But the game plan for us is always the same, you go to these types of places you need a
00:53 little bit of luck on your side, we didn't have that despite the performance.
00:58 You need to put away your chances and we didn't do that despite the performance.
01:04 So I'll take the positives out of the game, but I can't hide the fact that we would have
01:14 liked to have a result of course.
01:15 It's details, it's an important part for me because today also we went the other way and
01:33 scored a goal on set-piece and we have recreated a lot of chances on set-place.
01:39 I think we're in the top five teams that create chances on the set-place.
01:44 What I'm trying to say with that, we don't score as many unfortunately, but what I'm
01:48 trying to say with that is that even that is a skill to defend a set-play, to put it
01:56 in the back of the net.
01:57 All I can say is I see the time that we spend on it at the training ground, I see the attention
02:03 to detail, the awareness of the urgency of the players and then in the end we can't sulk
02:10 about it, we've just got to get ourselves up and sort it out, always.
02:15 Is there anything James Trafford can do differently?
02:21 I don't know.
02:22 The first thing I saw when I watched it back and I only watched it when I was on the bench
02:27 was that one of our positions dropped early, who's normally in that area to go and had
02:32 it.
02:33 So it would be a bit harsh as well with the performance he's put in again today to highlight
02:39 this as a position that dropped.
02:44 But it's no secret, it's a player that we signed in January, he's been here for two
02:48 weeks and these teams at this level, they have the quality to punish your every mistake.
02:54 What's the story there?
02:58 Muscle injury.
02:59 So hopefully it will be, we'll see.
03:02 Vini, like you say, you've had some big games here over the years, it was a record crowd
03:08 at Anfield today because that new end has been fully opened and obviously there's a
03:11 whole thing with Jurgen leaving at the end of the season.
03:14 Do you sense this is a tough place to come that it's been in previous years?
03:19 It's a team with a lot of quality, it's a stadium and a crowd with a lot of history,
03:24 passion for the team, that's always tough.
03:30 For as much as we came to play our own game, I think we did really well in that environment
03:35 and it's something positive to take out of this game for sure.
03:38 I don't think we can throw too much away from this game because it should also give us the
03:48 belief to carry on.
03:49 Liverpool, we've played them twice, City, we've played them twice and you've got to
03:54 play them all.
03:55 But there's enough in our performances to believe that we can get results and that should
04:01 be the priority.
04:02 OK, I'm really happy.
04:04 Thank you everyone.
04:05 Nice to see you.
04:06 Thank you guys.
04:07 Some of you.
